More Travels

HalifaxAerial1 September is going to turn out to be a busy month travel wise it seems - which of course is nothing to complain about. :)

Just booked our hotel for our trip to Halifax/Canada. We will be going there September 11-September 15. I am really looking forward to the trip. Roadtrips are always fun (it's about a 13 1/2 hour drive) and we have been talking about going to Halifax for ages. It looks like such a pretty city. And I love the Atlantic provinces. When we went to Prince Edward Island a few years back I had the best time. It was so gorgeous there. We will be staying at the Atlantica Hotel which seems to be right downtown so that's good.

September will definitely be busy for me. Will be back at work on September 16, then work for a few days and then off to Phoenix September 21-23. Yay for being able to travel. :) I am definitely looking forward to the trips. It's what keeps me going at the moment because work has been so busy. Another 6 days this week and possibly next week too. The time around the school startups and Labor Day is always a mess but it's even worse this year with about a 100 new schools we will be serving. Of course new business is always good but trying to get everything organized and taken care of is a whole other issue. :)

Mail update: No mail has gone out since the last update :( Received letters from/still owe replies to: Caroline/Scotland, Lotte/Demark, Celia/MA, Alex/Germany and Jetta/Finland.

I love reading about all your travels.
We tend to stay close to home. I have lived in many places including Scotland, and am just so happy to be settled in one place, that we don't plan trips very often. We do go on ski trips. I always lived far from my family until the last few years, and now they're all nearby. And that pleases me.

But I do love to hear about your trips, and all the wonderful restaurants you go to. We do try to go to lots of new restaurants, but all within a couple of hours from home.

Thanks for posting about your adventures.
